I had a Caesarean section on June 25th and everything went well!!
My baby boy, Matteo, was 3,770 kg - 52 cm long!

Some exciting news!! :)

Hello everybody!!

As I've told you last week, I have some news to share with you all!

After a long thinking (and it was a very hard decision...) I'm going to leave SBS.
Nothing to do with what happened a few days ago, nothing to do with anything.
Just a decision after Toni of Scraparoni asked me to join her new store :)
Unfortunately, I can't handle more than one store at a time (it's too much time consuming for me and soon my free time will be even less...), so I really had to make a choice!

There's no need to tell you that I'm really excited about this new adventure and I thank Toni from the bottom for asking me to join her store. It's a great honour for me!

I'm going to retire a few of my oldest kits so they won't be available anymore.

I'm also in the process of updating some of my kits in which I've used "forbidden stuff" (Crazy love, Enchanted and Fairyland). They will be available again soon!!

Also, after a long thinking, I've decided I won't be making full size kits anymore.
I'm mainly known as a taggers kit maker and my full size kits were a bit "snubbed"... lol!!
So I've downsized my full size kits to taggers kit (and updated the prices).

Last words about this... then life goes on!

The weekend brought a little serenity.
I had some time (just a little, to be honest...) to think about all this matter... and there are some things that I WANT to point out, then I will stop this forever:

1) I repeat: I'm not a pirate. I apologize once again for misunderstanding Jaguarwoman's tou. But I've never wrote her to have an explanation on how to use her stuff, and then just ignore her, like she said. I'm not so stupid and callous. I wish I asked for explanations! This wouldn't happen.
I've never said anyone or wrote anywhere those were my cliparts, painted by me or what else. I gave her credit. I know this is not enough. I made a mistake in using them that way. I'm just human and I made a mistake. That's all.

2) I've been told I'm not creative at all. I KNOW... LOL!! I've never said I am. I wish I had that gift but I haven't so I'm forced to use beautiful stuff made by talented others.
Also: I like to keep my so called kits quite simple. I don't do many clusters, I do not decorate frames or other elements. I like to give people the possibility to play with my so called kits. Personally, I don't like when I buy a kit and everything is already packed... I like to play with elements and create my own clusters and personalize what I create with them...

3) There are designers that do allow their cliparts/tubes/posers to be used as single .png files. There are bunches. It's not true nobody allows it. Lisa of Sophisticated Scraps is one of them, just to name one...

4) I haven't left the store, not ultimately. I've just disabled my kits. I was so angry and disappointed... I have nothing against SBS. I'm just sad this matter involved the store itself, and Farrah first. I didn't want to cause any trouble in any way :(

5) No, I won't stop making kits.
I won't let this drama stop me from doin' something I really like... no matter what the result is.
I make my so called kits in my spare time and this helps me stayin' positive, the only thing I need right now.
I was already working on 4 kits before all this started. I don't want to lose them.
I don't care if people won't buy them anymore. I don't care at all. I'm in peace with my conscience :)
I'm going to re-do a few of them (just 2 or 3), removing JW's stuff. Fortunately, there are a lot of talented designers out there that allow their stuff to be used almost in any way.

6) I've learned the lesson well. I will read all tou 10 times before using something, from now on. I should have done it before.
I usually read them all, anyway. I will only read them more carefully... and maybe I will use a translator, who knows?

Now, I have thousand mails to go through. This will take a while but I will try to reply them all.

I thank each and everyone of you for the comments left in my shout box, under my posts and in my mail box. I really appreciate you took the time to do it.
I wasn't looking for any adulation, just wanted to defend myself.

Update

So, I have decided to remove my kits from the store.

I don't know if this is only temporary or definitive. Will think about it.

Now I need some time to look after myself and my health. This comes first. I don't need dramas in my life and I've had enough...
The person who started all this been very biting about me being on a "3 days long holiday". Is it forbidden? I'm almost 36 and I'm 31 weeks pregnant, do I have to explain something about what I do when I'm not online? I think there are some other things in life beside making digital painted stuff, fortunately.
I have a family, I still have my job, I have friends. I have a life.

I apologize with my CT for not replyin' mails. I have tons to go through but I'm really overwhelmed at the moment. Please, understand and forgive me. Hope you will read this post. Love you girls!!

This won't be a long post.

Unfortunately, my English is not helping me.. and I have so many things to explain in all this drama.

At the moment, I'm only feeling totally helpless for what happened with Jaguarwoman.
I've just opened my blog and found tons and tons of messages from her, sayin' I'm stealing her work. I've been offline all day (yesterday) and couldn't reply sooner.
I have a life outside "scrapbooking" and I don't live on the net.

I'm sorry for using her stuff in the wrong way. Sometimes my English fails and I've misunderstood her tou.
But I'm not a pirate.
I don't want to live on other people's shoulders like she's saying.
I didn't want to use her stuff in the wrong way. But I've did it and I really apologize. Everybody fails, and I did it too. All I can do is say "sorry" and refund her the money I've made with my "Easter baskets" kit (a few dollars).

I'm not making kits to be rich. I'm not making kits to steal other people's hard work and claim it as my own. This is not my way of acting.
I buy every single CU item I use in my kits. I don't steel, I don't share stuff illegally. And I always credit all designers, even if not requested.
I'm only tryin' to help my family with a few dollars making kits.

I'm sorry for you Farrah, for being involved in all this. I didn't want to cause the store any problem or drama. I know you don't need this... and I don't need it too.

I'm also sorry this was bring in my shout box and not in my private mail, first. I totally understand if Jaguarwoman is so angry. But I think this is not the right way to let people know they are doin' something wrong.
